How big is it?

What is the course like?

The first 5k run is completely flat, heading out through Neyland Marina and on to the cycle path that runs alongside Westfield Pill Nature Reserve, before turning back to retrace your steps to transition. The bike has a few climbs (208m in total), and some fast descents, with a mix of main roads and quiet country lanes. The final 2.5k is a shorter version of run 1, finishing on the sea front at Brunel Quay with the Milford Haven Waterway as the backdrop.

Is it suitable for novices?
