Pembrokeshire Duathlon
What and where is the event?
A sprint distance duathlon (5k run, 21k bike, 2.5k run) set on the banks of the Milford Haven Waterway at Brunel Quay, Neyland. The event is permitted by British Triathlon.
How big is it?
The field is limited to 200 competitors. Relay teams (of 2 or 3 people) are very welcome!
What is the course like?
The first 5k run is completely flat, heading out through Neyland Marina and on to the cycle path that runs alongside Westfield Pill Nature Reserve, before turning back to retrace your steps to transition. The bike has a few climbs (208m in total), and some fast descents, with a mix of main roads and quiet country lanes. The final 2.5k is a shorter version of run 1, finishing on the sea front at Brunel Quay with the Milford Haven Waterway as the backdrop.
Is it suitable for novices?
It sure is! This event is the perfect introduction to multisport.
What is the minimum age?
You need to be 15 or over on 31st December.
How much is it to enter?
£50 (individuals), £55 (relay teams)

Does the event raise money for good causes?
Yes. The net profit from all of our events supports Pembrokeshire Triathlon Club develop triathlon in Pembrokeshire. Each event also supports one or more local good causes, including Greenacres Animal Rescue, Support the Boardwalk, and the RNLI.
